With more than 15 years of experience in instructional design and training administration, Ms. Garguilo developed and delivered a wide range of customized learning solutions.

Ms. Garguilo has managed several large-scale readiness training programs for Class VIII materiel. Ms. Garguilo designed and supported a learnng architecture for online and in person learning. Built specifically to enhance deploying soldier readiness, the program featured onsite and/or virtual scenario-driven events which served as capstone learning experiences.

Additionally, Ms. Garguilo leveraged evolving eLearning platforms to create accompanying and complementary digital content. The result was a trusted program built on strong relationships and a reputation for excellence.
